Your actions must seem natural and performed with little effort. Be confident on the outside and relaxed on the inside. Walk around with grace, take pride in yourself, especially when talking to women.

When you date beautiful women, remember that at the end of the day, she is just another person. She ages, she eats, she goes to the toilet, she also has problems, she has goals and dreams and she also has a life. Treat her as a human being and not as something you obsess over. When you treat women with this attitude, they will see that you don’t just value her because she looks sexy but because you also see her as a person. Women admire men who judge them for their qualities, not just looks.
