Payment Terms & Conditions
:: Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling ::
All services are paid in advance, no exceptions. All payments to be received within (7) seven days of session(s).
Payments are to be made directly into Attract Women™ PayPal or Bank account. Once your payment is received, we will contact you to arrange your session(s). Once confirmed, an appropriate information pack will be e-mailed to you.
Cancellation must be within 72 hours of appointment for any amount of refunds to be obtained. Once you sign up for a particular program, you commit to it and you will be entitled to claim back 50% of the original price you paid upon cancellation.
If you wish to reschedule your appointment it must be made within 72 hours prior commencing your program. Once you attend the Week Night Chit Chat or the Weekend Crash Course program there are strictly no refunds.
There are strictly no refunds for products such as E-Books or other electronic media.
When requesting a refund for a Weekend Crash Course, the client will not be able to claim back $79.90 because the 4 e-books will be automatically e-mailed. A refund of the total workshop fee minus the price of the 4 e-books will be refunded.
:: Paying and Not attending the Workshop ::
We do not refund clients who paid for the workshop and did not bother to attend it within a 3 month period. Instead of a refund, we offer the next available workshop to attend in their city for the next 12 months from payment date.
:: Deposits ::
For courses booked online, you will be advised at the time of booking what the specific deposit is, generally, a non-refundable deposit of $100 per person. Payment balance is due 7 days before your course date. If your deposit is not paid, your booking will be cancelled. If your balance is not paid on time, we will keep your deposit. Payment of a deposit constitutes your acceptance of all Terms and Conditions.
:: Promotional emails & Newsletters ::
If you are receiving promotional newsletter information about Attract Women and do not wish to receive this information any longer, you may remove your name from our list by replying to email with 'Unsubscribe' in the e-mail’s subject. Removal will be within 24 hours of your request.
